Hunt District PTA Privacy Policy 
In this policy, we use the terms “Hunt District PTA,” “we,” “our,” and “us” to refer to Hunt District PTA. We use the terms “you” and “your” to refer to PTA members and visitors of Hunt District PTA like yourself.

Hunt District PTA understands how important privacy is to our members. We are committed to protecting your privacy and want to make sure that you understand how your information is used, whether you provide it to us over the phone, in person, over the Internet, or through the mail. We also want you to be aware that you have choices about how we use this information.

Information Sharing
Hunt District PTA does not sell or rent member information to telemarketers, mailing list brokers, or any other companies.
Hunt District PTA may, however, disclose personal information when required to do so by law or when such action is necessary or appropriate to comply with legal process served on Hunt District PTA, to protect and defend the rights or property of Hunt District PTA, or to protect the personal safety of users of the www.huntdistrictpta.org website. We reserve the right to contact the appropriate authorities in our discretion when visitors’ activities appear to be illegal or inconsistent with our policies.

Finally, Hunt District PTA may sometimes share aggregate statistics and non-personal information with the media, government agencies, advertisers, and other third parties. For example, we may publish statistics on the number of members in various counties, or the number of visitors to Hunt District PTA web site. These aggregate statistics do not allow anyone to identify member names or other personal information.

Hunt District PTA Permissions and Usage

PTA Member Requests 
Are you a PTA member? If so, unless otherwise noted, you may duplicate and distribute all Hunt District PTA materials for PTA use without express, written permission from Hunt District PTA.

PTA members may reprint or take excerpts from any Hunt District PTA materials, including the information found on our web site. We require that you cite the source and give attribution to Hunt District PTA.

Nonmember Requests 
Requests for reprint permission of all Hunt District PTA materials (in print and online) can be emailed (on organization letterhead or with your name and address included) to our District Director.  You also will need to provide the title of the publication you are inquiring about, how it will be used (one-time use in a newsletter, etc.), the audience of the final piece (health practitioners, parents, etc.), and the quantity of the final piece that will be produced. We ask that you remit a copy of the published work for our records.

Requests are generally processed in four working days. If approved, you will receive a return email with citation information.
